About the Creator

I'm Breanna Miller, a mom to two, who became passionate about fitness around age 16. I continued my passion and graduated college with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and now work alongside a dietitian within my programs.

After having babies, I had a complete shift in my view of nutrition and fitness. I see so many women struggle with discouragement, defeat, and disappointment with their bodies after babies. I knew their had to be a better way. A way to balance it all.

I’ve taken the fitness lifestyle and adapted it to the busyness of being a mom.

My passion is to make it practical for women to balance a healthy lifestyle while feeling confident and energized.

You don’t have to put yourself or your health on the back-burner in order to keep up with life as a mom.
